Colma Lineen

Founder & Owner of Whizz.ie

Whizz.ie was founded by Colma Lineen in 2017, bringing together her background in Computer Science with extensive experience across technology, digital, business systems, data and performance. Since then, businesses across a diverse range of industries have trusted Colma with their websites, digital presence, analytics and business improvement projects.

Alongside running Whizz.ie, Colma has worked within the veterinary industry since 2008 and is currently Business Systems & Performance Manager within a multi-site veterinary group. Her remit spans business intelligence, organisational performance, management reporting, interconnected business systems, data quality and governance, client retention, health plans and digital transformation.

Recognising a gap in how business performance was being measured and understood, Colma conceived, designed and built the organisation’s business intelligence and performance framework from the ground up. Starting with a blank page, she established what the organisation needed to measure, defined the KPI methodology, reporting logic and governance standards, brought together information from multiple business systems and built the management intelligence needed to give leadership a clear, reliable view of performance.

Her expertise goes beyond individual reports or dashboards. Colma looks at how systems, data, processes and performance connect across an organisation – identifying performance drivers, risks and opportunities and creating structures that support consistent, evidence-based decision-making across multiple locations.

That experience led to the development of the WHIZZ Veterinary Performance Framework™, bringing Colma’s veterinary, technical and commercial expertise together into a specialist solution that helps veterinary businesses understand what is driving performance, where opportunities exist and where action is needed.
